Brookwood Defeats Dawson in MBL Mini Boys League Final

The Dawson Blues tailed the Brookwood Bullets all the way to the end, losing by a mere 12 points. Brookwood's Coach Kerwid Dubois won MBL Mini Boys Coach of the Year, and Brookwood's Cyrus won player of the year. Many thanks to everyone for an amazing season!

WILBA Eliminated in Semi-Finals

Coach Adrian and Pascal's Inter City Mini Boys team was eliminated by the Dawson Blues today in a tightly contested match and possibly the noisiest in Inter City history. WILBA led by 2 points at halftime but could not hang on as the Blues snatched victory with a 12 point lead. Although the season is over, Coach Adrian is putting together a post-season exhibition game, a team party, and the WILBA Awards Night on 23-Apr-2008.

WILBA Mini Boys Move to Semi-Finals

Coach Adrian's mean lean yellow machine fought tooth and nail to beat the Cougars de St-Bruno by a slim margin of just 5 points. Three players were ejected for excessive personal fouls, one from the Cougars and two from WILBA.

The boys in yellow move-on to the semi-finals to face the winner from the MBL's West division, a battle between Dawson and DJ Sports. The game is Sunday 30-Mar-2008 @ 9h00 in Riverdale High School (driving instructions) in gym C-D. Good luck team!

Despite a really great effort, some fast plays, and some really skilled b-ballers, the WILBA Inter-City Mini Boys team is just too polished to be undone! Coaches Sharkie and Rubens tried but could not repel the mighty yellow machine of Coaches Adrian and Pascal.
